Someone must have pointed it out, as it has now been corrected to "It can't be overstated".

I am now on my full porridge and dried fruit breakfast regime.

I too am keeping all fingers crossed for visit down-under. Being a Lancastrian living in Glamorgan, however, the prospect for 2026 is not full of hope.

I think England have the batsmen ... its our bowling I worry about!
Yorks have some talented young cricketers (Bean,Hill,Revis,Wharton etc) with experience from Lyth & Bairstow so hoping for a good season! 🤞

Thank you for using the word batsmen and not the horrible batters.

I think we have the bowlers, if they stay fit.

The top order batsmen (except Brook) looked very much out of touch in the NZ 50 over series!

I agree the preparation for the Ashes has been a joke.

BBC news website this morning in report on pub quiz cheating:

One of the teams, comprising of Grace, Beth, Olivia, Ellie and Jack, has been entering the quiz for about three years.

I'm suing the BBC for 1 billion pounds for the pain caused.

Re my previous post, I don't know why the last paragraph is in italics. If you start a reply to it you will see the square brackets with i are not around it.

Re my @126

Ha! They have changed 'comprised of' to 'formed of'. 'Comprising' and 'consisting of' would be good alternatives.

Hi Paul, you need to insert a slash before the i in the final set of square brackets in order to turn the italics off. The same would apply for bold or underline.
