Thanks Paul. Superb.

I've just watched a short 5 minute video on YouTube about the M answer - I hadn't heard of it before it is really quite interesting:-)

I've got the M clue but obviously it can go in one of two places, do I need to solve every clue to have a chance of choosing the right one?

Hi Sjg,

No, what I did was just pencil one answer into both 15 letter spaces, then tried to match it with corresponding 8, 7 and 6 letter down answers - you'll soon figure out which is the correct placing and then that automatically gives you the right place for the other 15 letter answer.

Note the choice of grid pattern, this is one of the few grids where no two clues start with the same letter. I’ve been distracted by reading the blogs of old Araucaria alphabetical jigsaws or “alphajigs” ... some crackers

Finding this really difficult can’t get the 15 letter clues which obviously are vital

Hi Kat,

For the B clue "move" is the word that begins with B and "one" is "trapped" in it. Once you see that word you'll immediately recognise what sort of "brief" 'Pauline' 😉is talking about.

Thanks Brendan. Sleeping on it caused the PDM that I’d got the last three letters of K wrong. No wonder I couldn’t parse it (even though I’d worked out the ‘love’ bit), and no wonder I couldn’t get D! Sorted now, of course, and yes: brilliant.
