You could say that, but you need to process the missing letters in Region B to get the reporter, and the misprints to get a precise location. I haven't actually finished as I haven't yet made the changes to get the eight thematic appearances, but at least I know what I'm looking for. I shall probably leave that until tomorrow. I've spent enough on it today.

I've cold solved just over half of the clues but I'm getting nowhere with the grid fill. I would appreciate a nudge (not the answer) for the third down clue as I can't find a word that fits with any of my attempts to fill the top left corner. Thanks

Just two of the thematic appearances to get. I'd have been happier to know how many letters altogether. They are quite tricky to spot.

They are tricky little blighters indeed - and I have just one left to get and I cannot spot it for love nor money!

Thus far I have 2 of 5 letters, 2 of 7, 2 of 9 and 1 of 8 if that helps. The search continues ..

I have done quite a few clues, but badly need some help with:
Hills protecting anterior coves.
Physicist removed a third of retrograde gas.
I have tried all sorts of misprints without success !
