Hi all, a late parsing query: in 14a, do letters 5 and 6 in the answer mean ‘used by’? I don’t get it 😢

I think the whole of the six letter word in 14a is given by 'one', in the sense given in Chambers of undivided. 'Used by' seems redundant to me other than to indicate positioning of that word in the overall answer.
