19d - Is a homphone of a word meaning "obect" (as a verb) and sounds like a word meaing "stock" as in 'lineage'.

Sorry, I meant 'object' not obect - obviously!

First word is definition. "We hear" indicates that the solution sounds like the third word (the "in" is mildly redundant and just included to make the clue read better).

I’m quite sure I’ve completed it successfully, and with one exception have parsed all the clues – but I am stumped by the parsing for 2d. The definition is clearly the last word of the clue, but any pointers as to how the wordplay works for this one?

2d - think of "prime" in the mathematical sense and then search for their "locations" in the clue.

Very enjoyable! Certainly quicker than Vlad but a few beautiful clues nevertheless. I really liked 24A and, of course, being mathematically minded 2D was much appreciated.

I made this much harder than it had to be by convincing myself that "in" was telling me where the "prime locations" were.
