A nudge on wordplay for 4d, please. Thanks.

You need a two word phrase for "desert" (as a verb) around an abbreviation for a drink which you usually have with gin and whose second letter is the "extra". I am still puzzled by the last four letters : I must have the wrong "extras" for 37 and 38 down. Any hints appreciated.

If sending in your entry, don't forget to highlight cell 2,12 (thus making the diagonal highlighting symmetrical). Otherwise, although you may have identified 30 cells, you've only highlighted 29.

I'm expecting to shade in someone's name but there is only one K in the grid and that doesn't lead to it.

I had the name going vertically, crossing at one part with another bit of highlighting.
