Paul seems to have recycled one of his clues!

Careful when submitting your entry...there seems to be a bit of a glitch at 28/23

28/23 is OK if you enter the answers manually.

25 doesn't make a lot of sense though

My 25d seems ok? I have a 4 letter word for bred + a
defn - Dutch city, unless I've got it totally wrong!!

I've got that now, although I thought it would be EDAM up. But the clue says the letter count is "(5) (6)" suggesting there's another word.

I'm assuming that's just a misprint.
Quite funny ones here (incl. Paul's usual vaguely smutty touches).
Still can't quite parse 8a: a tiny tip, perhaps?
