Thanks to Imogen, whose Prize offerings I always enjoy, for this week's challenge.

Got off to a slow start (FOI 13), then made good progress until a couple of stubborn intersecting (as often happens) holdouts (LOI 12). Lucked out by writing in several long solutions, which reduced solving time. Overall on the gentle side for a Prize, but lots of Prize-worthy witty clues.

Can't see a theme after a quick scan, although there are a couple of geographically paired solutions.

Ordinarily I'd declare 15 COD before finishing, but that goes in the middle of the (unusually) long list. COD 25 followed by 9, 5, 14a, 15, 16, 24, 23a, 3, 17, 2 and 12.
