1d - is an partial anagram with the anagam inicator also forming part of the answer - definition is also split "revealed... hardly"

13a - sort of cryptic definition where the workers are not free but still have to work - I think?

Agreed with Brendan on 13a. I thought this the weakest clue in a first-rate puzzle.

My thoughts exactly Geeker, so much so that I even hesitated writing it in.

I also hesitated to write in 13a!

Finished in record time for me and Vlad! Must be easier than his usual puzzles.Agree with Brendan and Geeker about 13a was reluctant to enter it too.
FOI 23d which is amazing as so many comments about it!
LOI 13a only because I was reluctant to put it in
COD quite a few loved 16,19, and 23d
Only 25 left to finish parsing.

I parsed it as - free to you to work them.

I take that back...that leaves out 'not'.

Many thanks for your tip. I've no doubt it would work but, for various reasons, I'm reluctant to clear my cache unless absolutely necessary.

Also, since I switched on my laptop this morning (or rather woke it up from sleep mode), I haven't had to tick any captcha bridges or traffic lights!

Geeker and Brendan, I had the same reservations about 13a.
