LOI for me. What an entertaining feast!
Hard to pick a COD, but, perhaps, 22 deserves a special mention for being so intricate. 23A also kept me entertained!

Finally finished an enjoyable crossword

As ever you see it once you post. Parses as skirt (4) around nether regions (3) minus 2 letters. The superb misdirection gave me a credible but wrong answer.

23A that is as per my previous post.

Started at 5.30 this morning and, like many, pleasantly surprised to have been on Vlad's wavelength. Even the anagrams seemed to be reasonably findable. A great prize I thought and very enjoyable.

Did a very damp Parkrun and returned to finish all but 8d which took me forever to solve. I just couldn't get it.

FOI 11a. LOI 8d. COD 2d.

Like Brendan earlier I still can't parse 8d really.

23d I meant not 8d.

Re 23A, as it’s “nether regions” (plural) I think we need to imagine the removal 3 letters (in French)… not that it really matters.

Thanks you Geeker, I finally understand the wordplay in 2d.

I am confused by various references to a numbering error in 16a - What's wrong with it? The enumeration given is 4,2,4,5 which correctly matches the answer.

Think Greek.
