20d - Yes and no - "last couple in bar reordered" give you the the order of the 2nd and 3rd letters, although strictly speaking, "bar reordered" would also give you the first three letters so....

I would assume the City of my birth in gold and black Brendan. But I don't know for sure.

It's actually West Ham that are the only team to have conceded more goals than Burnley, Rocky.
