20d - Can I get I get clarification on the parsing please.

I have it as 3,2,1 with 3 being the fish reversed/'up' and the 1 being "right", but that would mean the 2 is "not quite" - is that correct?

Cancel that, after being baffled by it all day I see it 30 seconds after posting - "not quite right" is the first 3 of a 4 letter word.

Thanks Rog, I can't tell you how long I spent looikg at every possible meaning of the 2, or what I thought was the 2. Then I posted and, hey presto, I saw it immediately!
