Cracked the instruction now

Gitto, do you still need any of 39, 7, 10, 21 or 23?

Aspira, Re 4, wordplay is 'at' with extra letter, + 'stake', all in 'South Africa'

0pt0, only 21 and 23.

Thanks mattrom, got that now - customs duty seems a bit woolly to me though.

21: last three words are the def. Parses as 4 (with a spare letter) and 2 (abbreviation)

23: last word is definition. Parses as 1 and 6 (minus one of the repeated letters and a spare letter, which you probably already have)

Whoops, I had 21, it is now only 32, 23 and 26 that I am stuck on. Also struggling to see where some of the trapdoor answers fit and I have nonsense in the middle(ish) of the instruction!!
