Now down to 4 clues to crack, but I am struggling with clues 4 and 32 in the trapdoor section. I have also tried, in vain, to carry out the instruction.

A tough solve this. Can anyone shed any light on 4 (Customs). Is there any logic to the endgame other than completing the instructions?
