Granama1 Think of two TV presenters, who I personally can't stand, and reverse their names to give a word for relocate. Googling stick with net gave me the answer for the second one

Thanks Planks, I had just worked out the answers as you posted but could not for the life of me see where TV presenters came into it! So that sorted 20a part 2 as well. So, all done inc. end game even though I can't work out how to split a few clues ie 19 and 20.

Having said that, I didn't really get going until I picked up a few hints here so thanks all.

Finally limped over the line! I'm not entirely sure of the parsing of 20 but I can live with that.

Ditto, planks! I'm now over the line. 20 (Part 2) is words 4 5 6 8 9 11 13 14 16. Still, good puzzle and payoff.

Nearly there. Still struggling with 9, 10 d and the RHS of 18, 19 ac. Also, for 16, I have AM * R**, and can’t find anything sensible?

What a struggle! Grid complete and competitors found. Just one niggle. We cannot parse the 5 letter word in 19 AC. We think the clue is words 1,2,7,8,9 but that's looking increasingly unlikely. Any hints gratefully received.
