Proving tricky to start. Can someone help solve this clue?

Attractively? Not really started as my printer has run out of ink so couldn’t print it off last night!

I was going to ask for tips about both 12-letter solutions. Thanks , djawhufc, for the idea- probably correct, but I can't see the definition!

This puzzle seems to require a huge amount of cold-solving, before we ca even begin to fit anything in. Oh dear!

I spent a good deal of time working that out. Don't give away the answers directly. It makes a mockery of the whole exercise. I pity the setter.
