I am at my wits end with this very challenging quiz nd would appreciate a few extra CLUES to get me going again.!! Each answer has something related to the weather.
18. Scale notes in an octave listening to general feeling....(7).
22. Note, at high volume, exploded, causing all to fall down. (10)
41. Feature of a US season of public nudity but senator Bob just swapped red suits. (10,4)
Many thanks ,in advance , for any extra clues :-) P

18 - think of another word for climb and then the sound of the number of notes in an octave- should give you a word to do with weather which also means general feeling?

Hi ab, I think you meant to put another word for scale, you've given a bit more than you meant to.

Hi again, did you consider the 4 suits in a game of bridge? I can give a clue for the 1st word as well if you like. The phenomen expression is not commonplace.
