polly dee - I don't believe it. I had that answer as it fitted the grey sheet but I couldn't, for the life of me, see where James and Mary fitted in.

xwordfan - thanks for help, still working on clues. Not sure if you mean reversing part of transport or a particular mode of transport. Will plug away.

84. I think you're on the right lines with oysters. What they contain, there is a word to describe the substance which is the beginning of the first word.

Thanks for the clarification for No.14. I don't have a Bradfords but I googled tack-horses and finally got there. I'd only considered tack to do with sailing/winds.
