I have a different answer for 10. Starts with s. Makes the spoonerism work much better.

I’m confused with 10a - I also have it starting with an S, but I get the impression others have a slightly different starting letter?

I have it starting with S too, and think it works better than H.

Definitely S is required, both for the definition and the Spoonerism
