Hi Bharat
Definition is at the beginning. You need to remove a common 3-letter word for soldiers from a word meaning vehicle (not in the obvious sense) and replace it with the usual abbreviation for cocaine

Bharat, It's a word for 'clean', (4) minus the last letter, + a word for 'small'. Definition is 'inspection'.

An old army slang term for afternoon. It parses 4 (convey), 2 (millions), 1 (America).

There’s an equivalent term for morning. Both worth remembering as they pop up from time to time.
