If every 4-letter entry began at the upper left, symmetry would be impossible.

Well the endgame proved less difficult than anticipated. A very enjoyable finale. My only quibble would be i don't quite see how the six four letter words had a meaning that might be considered 'unpleasant' even by the Doctor's standards.. Any thoughts?

A couple relate to prostitutes, one to urination, the others have vulgar sexual connotation.

I have solved all the A to F clues except for B6, which is really holding me up. Any chance of a hint from some kind soul?

I now have A6.
