Thank goodness for the fun jumbo crossword. Had fun doing that last night and will continue tonight.

Tried the prize one today and utterly hate it. I can't stand cryptic clues that depend on working out which 2 letters you are meant to extract everything etc. Not real cryptic clues in my view. The wonderful Araucaria will be turning in his grave. Gave up after completing top half as baffled and bored.

Thank goodness for the jumbo. Far more ingenious and a fun challenge.

No problem Kristi. I was tempted to offer a scan myself until I realised.

I spent 20 years working in intellectual property, including a little on copyright.

Section 17(2) of the CDP Act 1988 makes reproduction by electronic means, an infringing action.

There may, however, be a defence in that there is implied consent to copying the version printed by the paper. Whether this implied consent extends to a copy made by a third party is up for debate.

Better safe than sorry. Perhaps, for peace of mind, an e-mail to the ipo would help.
