Am enjoying a week in sunny Northumberland which may explain why it’s taken me so long to complete the grid, which was a very enjoyable challenge.

Not sure of the parsing of 22 mind.

Needless to say I won’t be spending much time if any on the slogan.

Dim, 22A is in the same theme group as 1A. Once you've made the required change, it's an anagram plus a common abbreviation.

Try applying the three thematic treatments to the title and that might lead you to the slogan.
