I'm struggling with "unending miscellaneous dance" (6)

I have crossers but I'm not sure about them. Hints appreciated.

JohnTO, Def. is 'dance'. (not one I've ever heard of, but it is in Bradford's) Wordplay is 'miscellaneous' minus the last letter. The letter pairs are the second and third in the entry.

Unending.... - 5 letter "miscellaneous" minus last letter and that goes around the A? - definition is a (Brazilian) "dance" but it's one I've never hever heard of in my entire life!

Just finished, absolutely loved it and as others am totally in awe of and hats (Easter bonnets) off to Maskerade! What a puzzle…..

I parsed the unending misc… clue to be second and third letters as the two word include letter pairing and the rest is a word for miscellaneous without the last letter (I think!) never normally able to give hints as normally behind everyone on here!

The dance is Brazilian and resembles the tango (according to Chambers) x

I have ploughed my way through this for hours and written out five different grids to try to match the 11s and 13s. Finally nailed it just as I realised there are actually numbers on the grid. I literally had not spotted them and was wondering why the first clues were numbered. As if I needed to make this trickier! I'm on a roll now, at last.

I think I've gone horribly wrong, as I have 3 crossers for the 6-letter down 4th across from top left, ending in 3rd letter of 1a, and I can't fit an A in anywhere for an unused pairing. Aaargh.

And can anyone offer a gentle nudge for my two unsolved 8-letter clues: the second one, about Ukraine, and the 6th from last, involving sculpture. I have places for both in my empty SE corner, but no crossers or ideas. (Have checked the name of the literal smallest state, or oblast, in Ukraine, and it doesn't seem helpful!)
