I’m missing something in parsing 2d and 5d. Can anyone hint in the right direction?

2d think of ‘my’ as an exclamation and papers as something you present
5d is a reference to a work by said musician. Wordplay from a colour and a part anagram

That could be it - a sort of "reverse" unclothed clue, like a reverse anagram.

@Chris, yes I was thinking exactly that, if you were clueing the word in the middle it would be perfectly reasonable to unclothe the criminal to get there, so why not the other way round. I like it actually
