Evening all!

After the initial hiccup over US and UK spelling there was a bumper bag of entries.

Here are the votes in this week's Peer Review:

1 vote: bigbadmarty2 #37, mattrom #32, paul #16

2 votes: mattrom #28, malcolmxword #5, aristophanes #22

3 votes: kt17 #21, ALLOW GROSS INSOLENCE? NO-NO! (7)

Well done, kt17!

Your prize today features the great Abbott and Costello, and probably explains why my students didn't do that well at Mathematics.

This one must have been one of the closest contests. Going to do something slightly different tomorrow. We'll see how successful it is....

Thank you Ped, a lovely surprise, though it was such an even field anyone could have won really, so I'll gratefully receive the victory as a whimsical one.

I'm no connoisseur of the comic stylings of Abbott & Costello - of that era I'm more of a Bilko fan - but the clip does have a madcap charm!

Thank you very much ChrisE, Marty and Paul for your generous votes, and Mattrom and Dorrien for your kind mentions.

Assuming that none of us are spring chickens, I really do hope that we all stay safe and well to meet again next week,

Thank you again and have a safe, super weekend.

(PS Ped, so what did you teach and where, if I may ask?)
