I also can't see what H has to do with B. That's my excuse for having needed a hint for it.

I enjoyed this, but then I've always liked jigsaws.

I couldn't agree more, teenieleek. Instead of providing anything useful, he H bit made it more difficult for me to find the anagrammed letters, that's all it did.
I submitted my form minutes ago, but I'm still waiting for my "Doh" moment on this one...

Oh no! This is driving me nuts - although I am enjoying it! I have 'A' at 23ac.
My 3rd letter of 'A' is 'u' - 3rd letter of 11ac is 'r'. Is this correct?

thank you for providing me with my second "Doh" moment of the day.

Doh! I've got the H thing now.
I think I'm numbering the clues differently i.e wrongly. I meant the 11th across clue, 2nd bottom on the left for A. Sorry RH if I caused a flutter.

Just realised that after all these years of doing crosswords I still have no idea how they are numbered. I'm off to look at a normal one to see how it works.

I'd forgotten that the numbers are not given in the printable version. As my printer is not working I've been entering my answers into the interactive grid on the website - the one that is numbered but has no clues!
