I finished the crossword completely this morning.......usually I am stuck with at least one to parse, that I can happily worry over all day!
(I rather enjoy that!)
I've just been talking to my daughter - she is only about ten miles away from us - and whilst we are having heavy rain, she is still having sunshine!
I could hear my youngest grandson chortling happily over the line!
The Triathlon is in Leeds, and is showing at 12.45 on BBC2

I have no crossword today.
My day of rest!
I have two bike races to keep an eye on today.
Last stage of Criterium du Dauphine, and the Tour of Switzerland.
Can Cancellara hold on to the yellow jersey!
May have a wee look at Norn Iron's game with Poland.
It is pretty dreichish here and I do not think next weeks forecast is much better.

I have set the recorder for the Triathlon, and we are now venturing forth with the dog!
It seems we can expect a "window" of dryness!
So...we shall "make hay while the sun shines".......or whatever.......
