Hi, Rusty!
Wow! I've just watched "Another Kind of Blue" on Youtube.
Yes, that was a fantastic act!
All the judges just stood there open-mouthed!
I am surprised that it didn't get the "Golden buzzer"? Aren't you?
I don't understand the title of the act, though?
I've just checked out "ballerino" - it isn't in Chambers.........but it is in my Italian dictionary as meaning a "male ballet dancer".
I knew I'd got it from somewhere!
Yes, I thought you would like the Everyman clue - I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it!
I like the Everyman crosswords.... I'm impressed with the parsings always fitting the clues so well.
Mr. R should take note!
(Do you ever give it a go? It is free on the Guardian site).

Hi everyone,
Hello Elle and Rusty

I am not sure Another Kind of Blue' is the title of the act, but might rather be the name of the dancing group; Very clever use of projection technology.

Hi, Pigale!
Title of the act/ name of the group, the same question applies?
I don't know what 'projection technology' is? but this was a "live" act on stage (presumably ? I didn't actually see it ( so how could it be thus affected?
Sorry, I'm not very "up" in modern technology!

Hello, Elle!
It would merit the Golden Buzzer.
I looked up their website but it is in Dutch, so I had to retreat.
It is something called "blue technology"?
It was very artistic, however they did it.
That is what I like about BGT.
You never know what will turn up on the stage!
There was a one-man band on stilts, but he was dire.
Pigale, they were introduced as Another Kind of Blue?
Have you seen them before?

Hello Rusty,

No, I had not heard of them until you mentioned it on the PCT; I watched the act on you tube but, since I have difficulty in appreciating an act if I don't understand how it is done, I had another look on google, and on one of the sites it does explain that dancing was performed on the floor whilst being technically 'projected' on screens both underneath and behind them...
Do I make any sense ?

Hello, Pigale!
Yes, you make sense!
There is an old saying in the world of magic, "it's all done with mirrors", this appears to be similar?
It was very good anyway.
I had a look on Paddy Powers betting site to see what odds they were offering, and Another Kind of Blue are second favourites just now.
Many more acts to come though!
It is a lovely evening here and a bit warmer than it's been!
