I'm not a rugby man, Kenyatta, but I hope you enjoy it!

Haven’t been on this site for some while now. However like you have been bombarded with ads. Have just installed Adblock and it seems to work. ( and to be honest hadn’t gotten a clue what I was doing but very easy) No ads whatsoever. Thanks Chris and Rusty for the tip. Must start to look in more often but life catches up with you!

Hi rusty
Here's a cycling question that might intrigue you. Which British cyclist won the earliest of one of the three grand tour races?
(You'll see why I've phrased the question a bit awkwardly!)

Hello, Chris.
I can't think of a British winner of the Giro or the Vuelta, so I would say Tour de France.

Hi rusty
It depends very much on hoiw the question is phrased!
Who was the first Brit to win a grand tour?
Bradley Wiggins, TdF, 2012
Which was the first grand tour to be won by a Brit?
Vuelta a Espana, 2011 - awarded to Chris Froome in 2019 after a drug disqualification.
(Froome is also the first Brit to win the Giro, in 2018 - I say "Brit", but isn't he actually African?)

Sneaky, eh?

Long gap in the PCT - is elle still away?

Hello, Chris.
Ah, well done!
I had forgotten about the disqualification.
(And my GP tested my memory during the week and said it was excellent!)
Yes, Froome has raced for Kenya before.
I'm not sure how he qualifies for Britain!
He has certainly never lived here.
I thought the nearest a Brit got to winning the Giro was Simon Yates.
And from memory Wiggins was born in Belgium, but certainly has a British passport, and lives here.
I'll tell Elle you were asking for her, Chris.
I'd rather not say any more than that, just now.
