unclued

I have solved quite a few clues but have no idea how to fit them in. Has anyone got started with this one? After last week I was hoping for an easy week - no such luck.

I've made some progress, unclued, including, fortunately, clue 12, so I can identify the lights that don't require treatment. Overall, I've solved around half the clues, but haven't yet tried to place them in the grid, perhaps it's time for me to start.

Carpox - that's one of the clues I haven't solved - can you give me a hint? Thanks

Think of a general name for a place to go on holiday.

Thanks token. I guessed they had to be jumbled but couldn't get the exact word. Now I've got to find how to enter the answers.

As others have pointed out elsewhere, this is a lot easier than 4322, but the PDM is underwhelming. That is, of course, assuming that what I've found in the 12 columns is indeed what is required. It certainly "is a rearrangement of all of the elements in the initial grid!, but I can't work out the relevance of the title. Is it 5 words whose initials are O N E P O? Or is it something more subtle. I can (just about) guess a relevant word beginning with E, but ... ?

And as so often, immediately after posting - the penny drops! And the ! is doubly worth it.

Still struggling with the entry method - is it blocks of 6 letters? I'm clutching at straws!

Unclued,

Yes, just enter six letter blocks, across and down. The obvious starting point is 12 (which has to be down). Then the fact that the grid is 90 degree symmetrical, and that the cross of bars at the centre has already been provided, means that the grid is fairly easy to deduce.
