71. You are probably thinking too deeply, it's like "heatwave" in the sense it's an everyday term particularly in the summer. 3 letter star!
78. I had never heard the term before but "misleadingly" it's a type of snow according to wiki;
1st word: 50% of software, 2nd word: initially = the 1st letter of a word inside "HAL". Too easy now?

Finished decorating for the night and just enough time for my mate's wife to drop us off at the pub and for her to catch the offy to restock her fridge with beer if she wants me to start wallpapering tomorrow. That should wipe the smile from her face but I'll leave it to him to tell her! Cheers.
