I am down to my last ten so can anyone please help?
6. ….. as no-one returned to stable it.(8)
14. Watch the horse.(6)
26. Chamber is cracked as head goes through it! (7) Is this an anagram of CHAMBER - if so still can't get it?
34. After the Chinese dynasty peacekeepers discovered the Tibetan pony. (6) Clues so far are MING and TANG - but that doesn't help me!
39. Get possession of a bit. (7) 40. Sell the product of the knacker’s trade? It’s a waste of time and energy. (4,1,4,5) Is this something to do with GLUE?
49. Garrison is withdrawn.Only one small horse left!(6)
51. This number gets very irritable.(6)Clue already given as to do with Roman numerals but can't work it out
94. After a short visit one officer had a horse ….. (6)
95. ….. and to restore power the warhorse went to the rear of a unit of artillery. (7,7)

26.Yes it is an anagram of Chamber, use an anagram site and check out the answer

34. One of those 4 letter words begins the answer. Who are the organisation in the world used as peacekeepers. Add those two letters.

40. it's a well-known phrase relating to the second part of the question. Glue doesn't come into it.

49. Garrison. IS withdrawn. Enough said?

51. This number i.e. 51. Work out what it is in Roman numerals and that begins the answer.

Many thanks LADY BEE. Managed to solve five of them with your help. Now only have nos: 6, 14, 39, 94 & 95 to find (see my last message for more details). Can anyone else help me please?(and thanks).

6. Another word for stable or sometimes at the start of a race, the horses set off from these + no-one returned, literally.

14. It's a type of horse and a type of watch

39. Google the types of horses' bits

94. Word for a visit, minus one letter, also could be a phone......then one and then abbreviations to suggest an office.

95. Hard to think of clues for this one. First word - what a lot of kids' toys need to be inserted to work and then you get ones that can be used again and again if you put them on a ....

Thank you LADY BEE and also LISALIPPY. Now have (I think!!) the answers to 6, 14, 39 and 94 but not quite sure of 95 yet so will keep working on that unless anyone else has other clues???

Still stuck with 57. I have the obvious answer (h---- and b----) but this seems a bit TOO obvious and not cryptic in any way. And why 'hopelessly' out of date? Any ideas?
