Please some help with 83 - I have seen the hints but am still stuck, the only thing I can think of for the second word I already have as an answer to 14. Also still stuck on the 2 authors in 7 and 28, I know they are anagrams but can't see them and any hints for 75 and 77 would be appreciated

28. anagram of "a clown rode" gives the writer.
75. anagram of "metric pancake" gives famous actor. answer you want is the role he is best known for.
83. half of discount should lead you to the answer.
77. anagram of "some" around Penny should work a tonic.
