36 anagram od care and anotyher word for a pass
83 take 50% of discount and take it from there
90 as 33 look for 7 consec letters.

Please can anyon help with 37 The person who came after Esther on horseback appeared in the papers!(3,7) I know it has been mentioned before but I can't get it!
