I spent 6 weeks at the Old Bailey a few years ago and hated every minute of it.Keep going and put it down to experience.

COURT REPORT

Today in Court, there was a distinct smell of Red Herrings.

Back again tomorrow...

Still resisting the urge to decapitate the Defence Solicitor...I am a good Girl.

I'm hoping they haven't got Pastille locked up in one of those very fancy hotels with the rest of the Jury.

Especially if it's a temperance hotel!!!

At the beginning of the weekend!!!

Heaven forfend.

Wendy...I am free...just!

Back in again on Monday...Bloodynora! this is not a High Court case...but it really makes you think about how much "nastieness" goes through the "normal" courts.

That is 8 days now...and just reaching the "summing ups".

I am losing the will, thought he was guilty on day one, and have not changed my mind.

Should not be speaking about this.....

Thanks for thinking about me.

Hi Pastille
Phew... when you didn't appear last night and I thought you might have "gone" for the Defence" after all! Hang in there it will all be over soon. I hope they give you a better lunch in Dundee than they do in Aberdeen. I had a jury form to fill in last month - keeping my fingers crossed that they have forgotten about me.
Cheers

Anyone remember the Monty Python sketch where John Cleese was bemoaning the fact that he wasn't allowed to join the Freemasons?

Well I feel the same about Jury Service.

Perhaps I'm not good enough for them.
