Thanks Brendan.

Very polished. Was stuck in SW.

Thanks, Brendan.
Most enjoyable due to a plethora of tricky disguised definitions.
Slightly on the gentle side.
Clear theme, but it appears to fall just shy of all solutions in one direction being thematic (as sometimes happens in Brendan puzzles). Although I can imagine thematic things.

FOI 9, LOI 13.

COD 15, narrowly over the long list of 14, 3, 20, 28, 8, 23, 17 and 15.

Seeing theme, though not as many as geeker sees.

Thought this very gentle for a prize. Agree that almost all solutions in one direction either are thematic or contain thematic elements.

Yes, several theme words are hidden in solutions.

Being outside the UK, I've always found "former PM" clues like 26 difficult, and they've become more so with the many recent short terms.😏Although this one was not tough.

Not too hard overall. However, as is often the case for me, I sped through the puzzle and then got stuck on the LOI, 13d - very tricky clue. There is indeed a theme scattered throughout the puzzle.

It's hot and I'm tired so I'll keep this short [cue the masses chhering]

Spotted the theme early on but only thought to use it in the solving of one clue. 😪

Still a bit uncertain about 24d, where my answer is definitlely "live broadcast", but not convinced it's "screen features as" (I put it in because it could be said to be where what is on 'screen' is first (or used to be) kept on ... but I'm not convinced!)

1d and, particularly 13d, took the longest to parse, even though I was sure of their answers, but now I have, I think I'll make the latter my COD.
