14 Restrict - Cap, then the usual two letter 'sex' then a five letter,often hyphenated (1-4) word meaning celebrated. famous. The whole thing is then a tycoon, businessman.

I too couldn't parse this one. The answer is Impervious which equates to Unmoved, but as for the rest of the clue 🤷‍♂️
