I have a huge problem!! where is the second "S" in column ten?

I mean column eleven

I've only just started this one (due to time spent on 30,000 and bonus Genius). One of my first solves (17) seems to give a noun as the answer whereas the definition seems to be an adjective. Have I misunderstood or is my answer correct?

I was a bit confused by that as well Simond9x. The adjective in the clue can also be a slang noun.
