Thanks Brendan @6 - I had misspelt it! Can see it now, thank you. I have seen and heard it many times but I seem to remember seeing an alternative 4th letter.

Even though the wordplay for 10 is totally obvious, the solution word was so unfamiliar and seemingly weird that I couldn't bring myself to write it in for several hours. Only after reluctantly consulting Google (which shouldn't IMO be required for an Everyman 🤣) did I finish the grid.

I've solved 24a, but can't really s
ee why it's a spoonerism for " try dancing" ...can anyone convince me? Tricky without spoilers, i realise!
