Just one clue remaining that I can’t quite justify.

16A: Front page right to reveal minister? (6)

I suspect RECTOR, but I must be missing something in the parsing.

Recto means right side pages.

A printing term that I didn’t know.

I’m reading that it either means the front or the right-side page. In this case I assume Cyclops means “Front page = RECTO” and “right = R”.

I have a few that I'm stumped on, & would appreciate a nudge in the right direction.

21a I assume the last word is sex, not set, in which case it’s something you ride on a board, plus the first letter of empty, plus a common crossword euphemism for sex.

Can anyone help me parse 10a : "Cover for dogs" ludicrously portrayed in Comic Sans? I think the answer is moccasins (anagram of comic sans) but can't relate it to the first part of the clue.
