I’m a day late I know but retuning to this this sunny morning I see I have one unsolved clue - poodle lay mostly without hair to its head. Is anyone still out there? 6 letters I think.

Out of interest, can I ask what people are choosing to highlight? I have a horizontal 6, a diagonal 10, two vertical 5s intersecting it and a couple of other possible 5s, but 32 is an elusive total. I’m presumably being dense.
