We’re stuck on one last clue: 17a - Cover for nut out cavorting on piss (6).

We’re leaning towards SOUSED or SAUCED but aren’t satisfied with either.

Any help would be appreciated!

Cracked it! TOUPEE. Cover for nut (literal) OUT cavorting (anagram - TOU) on piss (PEE).

One word missing from Tribute

Have everything else but not sure about two words in the tribute between "now it is..... you did not". Is the word sadly? Doesn't seem to read right. Is it "nervous" nineties?
Any clues welcome.

"Nervous nineties" is assocated with the game in question.
