Please help me in parsing / solving this cryptic clue -
"Spirited launch of business venture (5)"

S + Ally = sally. Is it correct? or is there other way of parsing?

Thanks Chrise and Malone. Brisk works better, My interest is about Sally. Sally means venture, launch of spirited is S and business is ALLY. So, parsing it this way to get SALLY - Is it also technically correct with venture as definition?

I can’t see how you can get ally from business, Bharat. You might have an ally in business, but they are not equivalent at all to me

If you guess the reversed meditation technique for the 3 you should see the rest. I don't see the equivalence of "decay" for a 4 letter word, though.
