COD 10 - innit!

Is anyone else's on-line version missing the letter count? This made some of the longer entries a bit tricky.

Mattrom - I use the PDF. If I knew computers I’d post it.

6d (2,4,2,4)

Correction - 1d is a hyphen between the words.

I was floundering without the letter count. Yet the online version has now got the clue number in the relevant cell. But still lacks the clue number in the clue.

It seems the switch to The Observer has now seen one glitch fixed but thrown up another. Ah well.

As for today's puzzle. Liked 20a, thought 25a was poor (support?), not understood the PM reference in 17a and think the primarily is weak.

All in all, enjoyable and medium difficulty?

Oh... the letter count has just appeared after a refresh. No idea how that happened.

Might as well let AI do it all for me. No...must not let that happen.

Hi Yevrah, the PM reference is to a recent PM who lasted less time than a different meaning of the answer. It is very UK-specific general knowledge so I wonder if our overseas friends will get the reference.
I also thought “support” was a bit odd.
I liked “switch positions” though.
