If anyone's interested, I asked ChatGTP to solve the clue that begins 'Showing', telling it that the answer began with I and that there were 11 letters, and it gave me a word, the first 8 letters of which were correct! But it couldn't handle the clue that begins' Got'.

Hi Mothman, I’ve experimented a little with AI.

I think it knows that a crossword clue will generally contain a definition either at the beginning or the end of the clue so will look for this.

However, beyond basic anagrams or perhaps hiddens it can’t handle the sort of wordplay construction that we all deal with on a daily basis.

Someone on this forum suggested earlier that the answer to Clue 3 (Enraged etc) goes into the first part of 7a. However, that would mean that the second part is an eight letter word beginning with E which isn't possible. Have I missed something?
