Is this 'faint-hearted'? I can see 'hearted' contained in three words of the clue but that's not helping me parse it.

"Fain" is an old word for "compelled"

MICROS - computers

IC - integrated circuit

With 34a, how is the clue telling us to use a series of consecutive letters from 'the art editor', or is the 't-hearted' part constructed in some other way?
