Available on time this week - hurrah!

Found it tough to get going but once I was in it gave itself up fairly easily.

Happy to have my Sunday equilibrium restored :)

It was delayed by a couple of hours. Not at midnight when Gdn used to upload. It is numbered now.

It was tricky with some good clues.

I thought I'd finished but, when I didn't get a score or time, I realised I must have mad a mistake somewhere. However, try as I might, I just couldn't see where I went wrong. Then, I suddenly saw I'd put a verb as opposed to an adjective as one of my answers and, once corrected, got all the bells and whistles - hurrah!

It's ok. Don't mope over it 😃.

I find in the grid clue numbers get distorted sometimes - one has to reload the grid. Happens in Android phone with DDG browser.

Somehow I seem to have finished it. My first run through only produced two solutions so I was staring at a mostly empty grid for ages. Then the two long answers, the rhyming pair, got me going.

Clock is still ticking so perhaps I have an error or need to change some settings but I cannot be bothered to do that and cannot remember my grandmother's maiden name anyway

Quite fun clues. I think I'll give 16d as my CoD.

Hi Brendan, which was your verb/adjective error, I may have done the same, no bells and whistles yet for me but cannot see a problem.

Found that quite easy today and it filled in fast (for me). Clock still hasn't stopped for me either having tried both variants of 15d and checked everything else. Maybe there's an error but I can't see one.

Brendan (and I guess Yevrah) - I had exactly the same issue! I thought it must have been a glitch in the software till I saw your post. Also, the reveal word, check letter, etc. functions seem to be unavailable this week, on my phone at least.
