Thanks Chrise
I have a Greek letter I think.
One of the most challenging puzzles ever for me!

A very fierce one this weekend. Like many, really struggled until I came here (even though I got the theme quickly - 7d was about 3rd one solved)

Foi 20d, LOI 14d, cod 16a ( largely for political reasons) although the brilliant 10a deserves mention. Altogether enjoyed the slant of this theme but despair that so many of Britain's voters don't seem to see what sounds clear to crossword-solvers around the world!

I quite liked 24a: if I had a quibble it's with 9, 8 which isn't a u-turn on the declared policy - it would represent some improvement on their actual policies which are exacerbating inequality rather than 9 in any direction.

A luta continua, as they say, on to Everyman (and hasten the revolution, or at least the General Election!)

[Hi Luko
I think the opposition parties must be disigenuous in their stated desire for BoJo to go - they must surely think that he is their best vote-winner!]

It appears there is no one credible left to replace him. (Maybe they should try agency workers?).

It's a shame they continue to destroy the country though.

I agree Chrise, I think that's the only explanation for not making a fuller attack on his failures - but as a strategy, it leaves us weak when they dump him before the election, and it's no excuse for not setting out how we would do things better (I'm a Labour Party member)

Apologies, very off-topic
