or "em fo tronf ni" as it were.

I can't believe I parsed it wrong either! I realised that before I saw your post though Brendan.

And presumably "division" refers to "part of"

I believe you 😉 Yes, "division" as 'a portion or section'.

I just immediately saw "raised" and the reverse hidden and didn't bother looking at it too closely after that :p

These recapthchas are getting harder (more grainy) by the day. I know it's just training neural nets but it's bad when you have a neural net judging your performance at being a human/image recognition!

Obvs not "immediately", had to solve 5A first of course (which was a good clue as well I thought).

(Not sure if I am doing this correctly as it is the first time I have posted). I am just stuck with one clue, namely 1d. Two May options and I can’t see which one fits

Hi Apuzzle,

Welcome to the Forum.

1d - 2 letter "case of S(tou)T" + 4 letter "ready" as in when a fruit is ready to eat - definition is "bar" as in 'a band'.

Case of = first and last letters.
Ready as in fruit.

Bar as in what you might see on a flag.

Thank you. I hadn’t got the 'case' bit!
